Story

Andy’s Bras fundraising efforts began on Monday 1st October, with special guest Sarah Burge, the Real Life Barbie launching the month’s events. The new signage has been revealed and the mechanics have donned their new pink overalls. Throughout the month the garage is holding several fundraising events, including “Pink My Ride’ an alternative twist to the popular MTV TV show. Andy Bra’s will be welcoming back passed work experience students, who will all have a hand in turning the 1995 Sky Blue Toyota Corolla (donated by Blue Print ADL) into something fabulous! The car will undergo a full make over including new wheels, interior, sound system and it will be sprayed pink! The car plus one years insurance (covered by Sureterm Direct) will be the top lot at a charity auction in November. To mark the end of the event and celebrate Andy’s Kars fifth birthday there will be a lingerie catwalk show and charity auction. The event will be held at Next Generation Health and Fitness Club on Coldhams Lane on Saturday 3rd November. The catwalk will include underwear ranges from many high street stores such as La Senza, Debenhams and Ann Summers, modelled by real women who have been found through a model search. The auction hosted by Mark Peters of Star 107 radio will follow the catwalk show. Auction lots will include the “pink my ride” car, a year’s membership at Next Generation Club and many more plus signed bras from celebrities including Imogen Lloyd-Webber and Sarah Burge. Thank you for visiting the Andy's Bras fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor the garage online.
