Hello all...

Mummy B's story is known to many of you, but many many more of you have similar stories to tell.

This year, as one of my (many) New Year's Resolutions, I decided to make a concerted effort to raise money for Cancer Reserch UK.

So, I am making the most of my love of pancakes and everyone's love of a house-party/sleepover to do just that.

The plan is this, on the 9th of February I am hosting a pancake party - the idea to feed people pancakes and entertain them with wine and QI Interactive DVD games (just because I'm a big geek).

For this pleasure, I ask that you donate 5 of your English pounds, or however much you can afford.

Even if you don't come, please still feel free to donate some cash - it's for a great cause, and so many people I am fortunate enough to know would be grateful to find that the drugs Cancer Research UK are working on have the funding to get a step closer to appearing on their treatment plans and making them better once and for all.
