My story
Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page where you can donate simply, quickly and with total security.
My Pink Pedlar friend Matt is raising money for my fund by running in the London Marathon and after lots of people helped me over the last year I want to help him. Matt says “My cousin who is currently battling Hodgkin's Lymphoma and is putting up an incredible fight to overcome it really needs help! She moved to South Africa some years ago, and is not able to get the free treatment we in the UK have gotten used to and so fundraising is essential to assisting this amazing lady recover! A big big thanks to the Pink Pedlars who completed a London to Glasgow bike ride in June 2011 and exceeded their fundraising target.
The latest Pink Pedlars challenge is to complete the Grim Night Terror challenge on the 4th of February 2012 and we have 3 new team members in Jodie Monsees, Craig Stride and Neil Walton who have entered a team called "See no evil, Speak no evil, Hear no Evil".
Thanks very much for getting involved!
The night terror is an 8 mile run held in the pitch black over army vehicle testing tracks! Jodie, Craig and Neil will be running over rocky paths, through a filthy bog, sand dunes and some very deep puddles with only a head torch for light.
Oscar's Pink Pedlars are raising money for me and my friends at BLESMA who care for the brave members of the British Forces who need specialised care and support. So please give generously! We need your support!
