We build electric eco-fences in Africa to protect Africa's threatened ecosystems

Story

The Pinks in Charge! are back for another year of Rhino Charge.

We would like to thank you for visiting our Rhino Charge fund raising page! To find out more about our team and how well we did last year, please visit www.pinksincharge.com.

This is only our second year in the Rhino Charge. But last year, against all odds, we managed to reach 10 out of 13 checkpoints, even though our car broke down five times. We could not have done this without your support. Please donate to our team again this year. Not only does the money go to a good cause, but we promise to make you proud.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor our team: Rhino Ark gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor our team.

Car no. 18 "Pinks in Charge!" comprises of 6 members - Caroline Armstrong, Mary-Ann Kirubi, Elodie Sampere, Pat Wena, Linda Karuru and Sophie Govani. We're a group of new and old friends to whom Kenya is a treasure that we must protect. We thoroughly enjoy nature and the environment and therefore are willing to push our boundaries to make a difference for it.

Will you make a donation and help us achieve our fundraising goal?

All the funds that are received by the Pinks in Charge! will go directly to support conservation in Kenya.  We simply ask that you continue help us lead conservation efforts in Kenya by supporting us in this way.

Warmest Regards,

Elodie, Caroline, Mary-Ann, Pat, Linda and Sophie.

Rhino Ark raises money for the building of electric eco-fences around mountain ecosystems in Kenya, namely Aberdare National Park, Mt. Kenya and Mau Eburu. These provide an "ark" for wildlife such as rhino, leopard, elephant and mountain bongo as well as protecting vital upland watertables of Kenya
