thanks for visiting my fundraising page for cancer research uk, i supose i should tell you how i am going to try and raise the money for my chosen charity.

well i am going to be running a 5K (approx 2.5 - 3.5 miles) race called the hydroactive womens race the largest womens only race in uk and this will be taking place in birmingham city center on sun 3rd sep 06, i am runnig this in memory of my grandad who ufortunatly died of lung cancer and my nan and aunty paula who found out to have breast cancer and i thought cancer reasearch uk would be the perfect charity to run for as im sure you may know someone who has suffered from cancer at one stage in yours and their life.

i have also done runs to raise funds for hearing dogs for deaf people as my mum and cousin know sign language also me and my mum go to a club called deaf club and i sign sing with my mums sign language class,  so the sign up fee for this run has gone to hearing dogs for deaf people (i also used to have a pet dog)

so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! could you sponsor me all you can to help me get to my target of £150 and beat it for a very important cause

training week 1

not been a bad week really had some quite good runs have to step it up a notch next week though seen as i missed 3 trainig sessions this week.

been on fosseway radio this week and im putting posters around with my url on so people can sponsor me i hope i get all the sponsors im hoping to get.
