Three years ago I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and since then I've had two lots of chemo and have another year of preventative treatment to go.  Throughout this time I've been lucky to have had the support of my family, friends and Thames Hospicecare in Ascot.   Until this kind of thing happens you don't realise the help that is out there, provided by fantastic voluntary organisations such as Thames Hospicecare, who have to raise 80% of their costs annually to enable them to operate.

I want to give something back to them to thank them for the support they have given me over the past few years.   So, with my good friend Jane Wheddon, I've decided to cycle  the 300 miles or so from London to Paris in June to raise as much money as I can for Thames Hospicecare.
