After completing my first Triathlon last year to raise money for Whizz-kidz, this year I have decided to tackle it again to raise money for the NSPCC.

Last year I completed the Triathlon in 1hr 47mins, this July I am hoping to significantly reduce that time.
In addition to the triathlon I also recently volunteered to be a stand-by member in for the British Gas Relay Team to swim across the English Channel, thinking that the training would obviously help with my prep. Well, since then someone has dropped out of the team and so I shall be joining 7 others, two weeks before the triathlon, to embark on another adventure.
Apologies in advance to those who are going to have to put up with me smelling of chlorine or lake water for the next few months.
