Hi, thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I've decided to run the London Marathon this year and have chosen to raise money for Arobanam Children Fund.

This is an URGENT appeal for funds to help the displaced people in Vanni...The recent escalation of the conflict between the warring parties has left thousands of people displaced in the North-East of Sri-Lanka.

 

This is an appeal to you, to donate as much as you can so that ACF can continue to help these people who are living under trees without any form of shelter or adequate nourishment. There is a serious risk of disease breaking out too, as clean drinking water is in short supply. With the eminent rainy season, the conditions are expected to get a lot worse. Children are worse affected in this tragedy. Please help ACF to do much as they can and tell your friends to do the same by supporting me and any other reliable organisations involved in helping the displaced people in the North-East of the Island.
