Thanks for taking the time to visit the Play2Give page. This June saw the return of the fifth Play2Give football fun day. Play2Give were again raising money for the Oxford Children's Hospital. 

June 16th saw 13 children's teams from local football clubs take part in a special tournament, under 8s to under 9s, all in the name of this fantastic cause... to help youngsters treated at the Children's Hospital and make a real difference to their lives.

As well as the 7 a side tournament at Oxford City Football Club, the day included lots of fun and entertainment for everyone. It truly was a fantastic day and we appreciate all support! 

The money you will donate will help fund new specialist equipment and enhance facilities beyond NHS standard all to help sick and poorly youngsters - tens of thousands of them every year.

We are on course to raise from this year's event, with your donations, including the wristbands, over £4,700! v

Play2Give was set up by Oxfordshire lad Andrew Baker in 2007, as a former patient of the children's hospital following treatment to major brain surgery when he was 12. Andrew, now organises this event with friends, including fellow supporter Dale Harris whose daughter is treated at the hospital for spina bifida.
