Thanks to you all that have donated, its such a good cause!! I completed the Triathlon in a time of 2hrs 43mins, really tired in the end but pleased with my achievement.

 

I've entered the London Triathlon on the weekend on the 1st or 2nd August or depending how long it takes me it could be both. That's the olympic distance as well. 1500mtrs swim, 40km bike & 10km run!

I'm also doing this for a very good cause, St Andrew's Hospice in Grimsby. They offer parents respite care for children with disabilities, rehabilitation & terminal care for adults and children, I've chosen the charity very carefully as 75p in every £ goes directly to patient care
