Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The challenge of mental health is a serious one. With so many people facing this challenge and the devastation and pain it can cause, the need for services and support have never been more important.

As people who are passionate about raising awareness and reducing stigma of mental health, We have decided to go through a different kind of pain in an effort to raise some much needed funds for a specialist mental health charity, .The Jacob Abraham Foundation.

For each day of November we will plunge ourselves into freezing cold wild water of our seas, rivers & waterfalls for 5 minutes or more

Considering the weather conditions we will experience during the challenge it is quite a daunting prospect. We wanted to do something extreme to represent the extreme distress and anguish associated to mental ill health struggles.

Please help encourage and motivate us each day by donating, sharing and liking our challenge and associated social media posts of updates etc.

Thank you so much for you support and help in advance. Every donation goes to help saving a life.
