Thank for visiting this website. I am running the Hydro Challenge this year to raise money for the Alzhemier's Society in memory of my granny, Molly (the beautiful woman in the picture), who died last year.

Around 1 in 5 people over the age of 80 are affected by dementia, and the Alzheimer's Society provides advice and support for both people with all forms of dementia, and their carers. It also runs care services and campaigns, and funds biomedical and social research into cause, care and cure. Its work is absolutely invaluable and I really hope you feel you can support it. I'll be running on 3rd September and need to raise £500 by then.
