Just to say a big thank you for all your support and donations over the past month, which have helped raise over £2.1K for The Rainbow Trust and Brainwave with a generous donation from my employers still to come.It was a great experience and having only run 21 miles before the crowd definitely helped see me through to the finish line in 3 hours and 57 minutes. Whilst I said this would probably be the only time I run a marathon, I have already entered the ballot for next year!! - but dont worry, I will not be running for charity if I get in. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. As most of you will be aware, on Sunday 13th April I will be running the London Marathon for the first (and probably only!!) time. I will be raising money for two childrens charities, Rainbow Trust (http://www.rainbowtrust.org.uk/) and The Brainwave Centre (http://www.brainwave.org.uk/index.html), which friends of mine have found to be very supportive over the past few years Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Brainwave will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. If you would also like to make a donation to Rainbow Trust, you can do so by clicking on the attached link http://www.justgiving.com/ponzini My generous employers will also donate a lump sum towards the charities.
Many thanks for your support
Paul
