Poppy was born and died on 08 ocotber 2009, poppy was a beautiful litttle girl and will always be in our hearts, she is our shining star, watching over all of us. she was suffering from spina bifida and hydrocephalus, her death has devestaed our family, but her dad jon, big sister paige and me her mom michelle are so proud to have had her as our daughter and sister, we think the association for spina bifida and hydrocephalus is a great charity, giving support to individules and their families. we feel this is a great way to honour poppy and to remember her whilst helping others.
