My name is Poppy Lola Hufton Jones. 

I was born on 1st March 2012.  I was supposed to be born on 8th June 2012.

Shortly after I was born I started writing the Diary of Poppy Lola and sharing it with people who were praying for me, crossing their fingers for me and thinking of me.  If you haven't read it yet you can see my dairy at www.poppylola.com.  Amazingly my diary has now been read by nearly 15,000 people!

The care I have received in Coventry NICU has been outstanding and even though my Mum and Dad have not needed the support of Bliss, the work they do to support families of premature babies is fabulous.
