We support people with Down’s syndrome to live full and rewarding lives.

Story

Back in April 2006 I was inspired by a group of people with disabilities who took part in the London Marathon and thought to myself - "Hey - you can do this!".  Under the strict guidance of my trainer, Mo "The Mamba" Jardim, he threw me into a hilly 10 mile race within 2 weeks and has since had me running half marathons and running up to my nipples in mud!  To make the task more of a challenge I will also be running the Belfast Marathon 12 days after the London Mara. Yes - I am mad.

My intention is to raise £10,000 for the best charity in the world - the Down's Syndrome Association, so please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Big thanks in advance, Paul.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Down's Syndrome Association will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
