At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Challenge completed in 27hours 11 mins!

Myself, Jamie, Jon, Max, Martin, Gav and Natasha are attempting the National Three Peaks Challenge on 30th July in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society. Gemma and Aimee are our designated drivers.

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours.
The total walking distance is 23 miles and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft). The total driving distance is 462 miles.

Training has been impacted by having to go to work sadly, but we arte all very determined to complete the challenge in under 24 hours if we can.

We have a Just Giving Page: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/portisheadpeakyblinders
