Please help us to raise money for Charlie Berry and the Children of The Children Trust Tadworth.

We, the staff at Portmore Dental Office, need your help to support a three year old boy, Charlie Berry. He has been taken to the Childrens Trust after a terrible accident left him brain damaged. Charlie is a cousin to one of our Nurses here at Portmore so we all feel strongly about help him and others at the Trust.

We are hoping to raise a significant amount by doing a 10,000ft Skydive!!!!!

We will be scaring ourselves witless in Wiltshire, on the 27th April 2013. Anyone is welcome to come and watch us crazy people jump out of a plane....but for a very good cause.
