It is that time of year again, cutting the grass, cleaning the BBQ, throwing yourself out of aeroplanes at 12000ft, the usual.

So as you think about loading your trolleys with beer, wine and steaks for the weekend, spare a thought and a few quid for for those less fortunate, the young and old in need of help.

A lot or a little bit all helps, its just me on my own this year so come help me raise some cash for Childline & Help The Aged.

After all we will all be old someday....and if Mr Darling continues the way he has started we are going to need all the help we can get, lets set the bar and others will follow.
