Live Life Give Life aims to raise awareness of organ donation and encourage people to register as organ donors. We educate via campaigns and events, also funding initiatives to improve the welfare of (and outcome for) patients awaiting transplants, whilst also supporting their families.

Story

Hola!

Next Saturday night when I should be tucked up in bed I will instead by cycling 108 kilometres from Crystal Palace to Alexandra Palace and back again (via the sights and a worrying number of hills) on the Nightrider 2011 event.  We start at 11.20pm and expect to finish sometime before they run out of bacon sandwiches (approx 7am)

I've discovered a direct correlation between the number jaffa cakes consumed and the miles cycled on the training rides but I'm still pretty nervous about it all!

I've chosen this charity to support as I've been following this amazing lady's blog and charity since she talked at our of our JG away day 3 years ago. I've paid the costs of the event myself so the donations you make will support them and not my rapidly increasing jaffa cake habit.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
