Dear All,
just to let you know that a great experience was had on sunday doing the London Marathon and I am pleased to announce that I got round! The end time was 2hrs 54minutes and 28 seconds which is five and half minutes under my target.
It was an awesome day, seriously hard work and I would just like to thank all of you that have donated to this very worthy cause. Thanks from me and on behalf of Regain who I know are greatly appreciative.

Hello peeps - quick update - the first half marathon went tits up i'm afraid!! Had a blow out on the first corner so had to retire after struggling on for 3 miles with a flat tyre!! However, cracked on with another half marathon this weekend in Portugal and all went according to plan - first time I have done 13 miles and did it in 1 hour 21 minutes and 3 seconds. Hard core training now for London in a months time; thanks to everyone for all their support. Pricey.xx

This year I am doing a marathon and a half for charity - 39 miles! ***WRONG**** I have just decided to step up and add another half marathon the the mission, so it's 52 miles!!!
The Silverstone Half marathon on the 15th of March, the Lisbon half marathon on the 23rd of March!! And the London Marathon on the 26th April 2009.
The charity I am doing it for is very close to my heart and I certainly wouldn't have achieved all the things I have or live the quality of life that I do after breaking my neck, if it wasn't for their direct support.
Please help me to help them support others who go through the same tragic accident that I did, thanks.
