Dear All,

I am taking part in the British 10k Run again this year. This time I am raising money for another project I am going on. Am off  to Malawi with my chosen charity Vision Aid Overseas.

I shall be going in May for just over 2 weeks, again testing eyes and trying to make the small difference that I can. Please help me change the lives of those that are in desperate need of a pair of spectacles to do basic daily activities.
