TREK FOR LIFE TO TIBET JUNE 2008

This June I will be undertaking a hard trek that requires a serious training regime and a high fitness level to quite literally the "ROOF OF THE WORLD".

I am joining the Farleigh Hospice Trek For Life to Tibet which involves trekking at a very high altitude in a mountainous region for five consecutive days.   This is an amazing and rare opportunity to trek to the largest and highest plateau on Earth.

I am taking on this challenge to help Farleigh Hospice raise valuable funds for the care they provide to the people of mid Essex suffering from life limiting illnesses. All the care Farleigh Hospice provides is given completely free of charge and they rely on the generosity of the local community to help fund this care.
