Story
If you have got this far then you must know that we (Becky Maxwell, Lisa Middleton, David Meecham, Stephen Brown, Beth Moreton, Carl Scott and Maria Mathew) are running the first ever Birmingham Half Marathon on 26th October. That's a whole 13.1 miles! To spur us on we have decided to run in memory of Joe Gill who died of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma last year. We are pretty sure Joe would have been amused at the thought of us running 13.1 miles around Birmingham just for him!
The money raised on this page will go towards the Bone Marrow Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham where Joe received some of his treatment.
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page and for your sponsorship.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: University Hospital Birmingham Charities gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thank you for your support.
