14th December 2008: We did it!

Catherine completed the race in 1 hour 11 minutes and William in 59 minutes and 19 seconds!

Update 8th December 2008:

Just a short update that Catheine+self duly completed a trial 10K Run yesterday on the Aber Course--so hopefully all ok for next Sunday 14th at 1330GMT!!
