I have been supporting the BHF since 1981 when my father died suddenly of a heart attack, he was only 57 It was a traumatic and devastating time for myself and my family. It still hurts when I think about it now some 29 years later. If the money we raise this year helps others to avoid such a loss then I will be happy.

Over the years I have cycled many miles in sponsored events to raise money for the BHF so I will hope to organise a cycling event as well as the various golfing  events at Puckrup throughout the year.

I hope you will join me in my year as Captain in raising money for the BHF.
