<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><span style="font-size: small;">I was supposed to be born on 17th January 2011 but decided that 2010 was a better year for it! My mummy took the train to go to London to work. She wasn't feeling so well so went to Guy & St. Thomas hospital to get checked and this is where I was born on 8th November 2010 at 21.12, 10 weeks early and weighing 1.35kg (3lbs). Nobody knows why I was born so early but mummy thinks that I was too eager to meet mamie & papy (my grandparents) who were visiting from France! After spending a night looking at Big Ben (mummy not me!) I was transferred to NICU at St. Peter's hospital in Chertsey where I should have been born in the first place. I was small so I needed help with my breathing, feeding and temperature. But with the care of the nice doctors and nurses and the love of my mummy and daddy (and all my family) I became stronger and stronger and after spending 45 days in the unit I went home just before Christmas on 22nd December weighing a mere 2.07kg (4lbs9oz). I am now 5 months. I am healthy and growing very fast and I love my milk and smiling at mummy and daddy.<br />The NICU saved my life and this is why I am asking you to help me (& mummy) to raise some money for the unit to make sure that they continue saving babies like me. So Mummy and I (and lots of my friends) will be walking around <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Painshill Park, Cobham on 25th May 2011</strong>. <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><span style="font-size: small;">The unit has looked after over 1000 babies in the last year. This ‘Level 3’ Unit cares for the sickest of newborns and premature babies. The more up-to-date life saving equipment the unit has to hand, the better they can cope with saving babies. For example, an incubator costs £12,000, a ventilator £25,000, etc. All money raised will go towards the purchase of life-saving equipments and facilities. As well as the pram push there will be activities for babies and toddlers and a raffle with great prizes. This day will be ideal for mums, dads, kids and friends to spend time together and have fun whilst raising money for a good cause.</span></span></p>
