Believe it or not we are dusting down our lycra to cycle a whopping 110 miles over two days, along the Suffolk coast. Some of us are more used to the saddle than others but we aim to complete the course together and in one piece!

We have chosen two charities to raise money for, one being the East Anglian Air Ambulance, a cause we have supported for a number of years. They exist to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air or car to seriously ill or injured people in the region. EAA are aiming to become a 24/7 service and with your help they can be there for hundreds more people every year. 

We appreciate any donation however large or small, every penny counts.
