We offer expert care, guidance and support to people living with a terminal illness

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are entering 4 teams in the Belfast City Marathon which takes place on Monday 3rd May 2010. In our team we have a mix of people- from first time runners, to a few seasoned professionals, and so far our training is going well.

This year we are running in aid of Marie Curie.  Employing more than 2,700 nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals, Marie Curie  provide care to around 29,000 terminally ill patients in the community and in their hospices each year, along with support for their families.

They mainly care for people with cancer but they also care for people with other life limiting illnesses. Their services are always free of charge to patients and their families

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
