In a month's time to the day, I plan on doing the Ulfa Aid 5K night walk with hopes of raising money for Japan. The money will, God willing, go towards construct anew orphanage in earth quake and tsunami stricken Japan.

Leading up to the Walk, I wanted to get down to some serious fund raising.

As those of you familiar with my 'work'/obsessions will know, Japan is a country very close to my heart. I've drawn vast inspiration from the place; in the form of books, painting, print making, drawing, mangas, poetry, rock and pop, architecture, and day time TV- Japan has offered me a breathtaking amount of muse to keep my mind dreaming. The world can learn from this place; a country full of people who, 'from the moment they wake, devote themselves to the perfection of whatever they pursue' (the Last Samurai). 

So, in an attempt to begin to repay the vast debt I'm owed to this country, I wanted to come up with a unique way to raise some green for the new orphanage.    

Some of you have, perhaps in an awkward and ill calculated moment of flattery, approached me to 'draw' you before. 

So, I offer now the unique opportunity for you to step forward and get drawn, for an epic discount of just

- £2.50 for a sketch

 and 

- £5 for a full colour bishi

You can ask for me to draw any of the following:

1) Yourself (supply a photo/brief description of your 'character')

2) Someone else, as a present maybe (supply a photo of them /brief description of their 'character')

3) A favourite character from a book

4) Or even one of your own characters if you're into writing stories or comics
