PLEASE REMEMBER DO NOT DONATE ANONYMOUSLY (we won't know who you are!) and YOU MUST ENTER YOUR TEAM NAME IN THE COMMENT BOX.  At the point you are asked 'Are you donating in return for a ticket to an event/raffle/auction' please answer NO as your entire donation will go to charity and does not pay your entry to the event. To qualify for Gift Aid each team member should enrol separately. However if you decide to pay for more than one person or your entire team (and forfeit the Gift Aid) please add their names to the comment box
