St Richard’s Hospice is a local, independent, Worcestershire charity caring for people with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. Last year, more than 1800 patients and their families were supported free of charge. The charity relies on voluntary income and the goodwill of over 600 volunteers.

My story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. On June 26th, a team of 6 of us from Rabjohns will be joining fellow lunatics from RBS, Hewett Recruitment and other companies to walk the Worcestershire Way in a day - all 31 miles of it from Malvern to Bewdley.

Julian Carroll, Pete Grayer, Kate Hall, Ally McLaughlin, Will Silsby and Ian Smith will be trying to ignore the temptations of the Talbot at Knightwick and the Admiral Rodney and to enjoy the scenery whilst raising money for St. Richard's Hospice.

Julian and Ian set the benchmark for our performance when they took part in this walk last year. We're expecting similar levels of commitment (Julian had blood showing through his shoes!) - hence the twist on our strap line for our team name.
