<p>I am so excited to be doing something so daring (dangling 60m in thin air, gulp!) for such a brilliant charity. <br> <br>Cash For Kids (manchester) are a grant giving charity, providing funds for projects that work with disadvantaged children across Greater Manchester. They have supported a HUGE amount of projects that have dealt with poverty, disability, neglect and distress and last year Key 103 and Magic 1152's Cash for Kids raised over &pound;427,000 for local communities, supporting 12,215 children. <br> <br>Their objective is plain and clear - to help local children live a better life. <br> <br>As terrified as I am, I also feel fantastic that I'm doing something that will provide Cash for Kids with just a little bit more of that support that they need. <br> <br>I'm completing the abseil along with many other volunteers who are trying to raise money too. If anyone who donates would like to come along and cheer me on, I'll be rigging myself up at 10:30am on Saturday 3rd March and you are very welcome to come and have a nosy!</p>
