Well the time has come for me to fulfil a lifelong ambition and to run the London Marathon!.......

However, and this is the part where you come in (!), I also feel very privileged to raise money for a charity that is very close to our hearts whilst doing this.

Many of you know that Alan was diagnosed with MS 7 years ago. Since then we have found the MS Trust information resources and forums invaluable. Please help us give something back and, through the MS Trust, provide more people affected by MS the support and information they need.
