Thank you all so much for your generous donations.

Ruth and I briskly walked our way around the 5k undulating route of Woburn Deer Park Yesterday, Sunday 12th October.  We did jog some of the way - mostly when the Stags got a bit too close for comfort!! We were lapped by our company FD when we reached the 2k marker - very disheartening!  However we pushed on and finished it in a fairly respectable 48 minutes.  It was a glorious sunny day and surprisingly we did have fun!  I see why it is called a Fun Run now!!

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

We are attempting the Woburn Abbey Charity Fun Run/Walk (although why it is called a "Fun" run I do not know!!) on Sunday 12th October 2008.  It is either a 5k or 10k run/jog/walk around Woburn Abbey (either one or two laps of the park).  We are only planning to walk the 5k route and have a fundraising target of £200 - if the final fundraising amount is double the target, we will do the full 10k... so please sponsor us now!
