<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've worked in the charity sector for many years but I've never embarked on anything like this before. Age Concern Morgannwg's Reaching Out Fund means a great deal to me personally, having seen the devastating effect bereavement can have on older people, so I really want to do something to support it.</p>
