AADC deficiency is a rare disabling brain disease. More than 100 children in 30 countries have been identified with the disease. It's proved fatal for some of them. The AADC Research Trust is a children's charity funding research, supporting affected families and promoting global disease awareness.

Story

We are doing The Nuts Challenge, which is a 7k army assault course, for Jo's nephew Jake's charity AADC Research Trust. It is a charity set up to help children suffering with a rare brain disease. They need to raise money for Gene Therapy to help cure these children of this dibilitating disease.
