Guess what?...

I'm giving up TEA AND COFFEE for 40 days (for lent).  Why?  To help others give up drugs and alcohol for life.  Will you support me in this challenge?

I work at Yeldall Manor (the charity for which I'm raising this money), a Christian drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre, where the daily morning and afternoon tea breaks are a  highly valued part of the day.  So this is not going to be easy!
