About my charity : Swindon & Marlborough NHS Trust Charitable Fund Swindon & Marlborough NHS Trust Charitable Fund
The Swindon & Marlborough NHS Trust supports patients and staff, providing The Great Western Hospital with items of medical equipment and facilities, as well as clinical research. Its special purpose funds are used to support wards and departments and enhance those aspects of patient care, which are not funded by the NHS.

My personal message:

I have got the colour co-ordinated outfit!
I have done some training!
Now all I need to do is complete the run and raise some money!

I have set myself the challenge of running the Leeds 10km - Jane Tomlinson’s “Run for All” on the 22nd June.  I hope to be able to complete the course in approximately an hour but this depends on how I handle the “killer” hill at the end!

I am raising money for the Dove Unit at the Great Western Hospital. The Dove Unit cared for and supported my Uncle whilst he was being treated for Leukaemia and through the latter stages of his illness. I hope by raising money for this charity it will help provide others with the additional support and care they may need.
