Insired by last year's www.justfourquid.com campaign I am carrying on with some money saving ideas and giving a little of what I save to ME Research UK and towards funding biomedical research into ME/CFS.
This includes things like borrowing books & DVD's from my local library instead of buying them, looking for special deals & offers and where I can giving some of what I make through selling my art.
The best way to get proper reconginition for my illness is to have diagnostic testing and further biomedical research. That's why I am giving what I can to support this charity's work.
