Personal message:

Over easter a group of three of us are hitchhiking to Morocco for charity. Yes I am actually going to get into random people's cars/lorries/on horses/cows even/camels/any other mode of transport, to get there. I have developed my skills of talking absolute rubbish and blagging my way into things over the years.. and now the time has come to put it all to good use. Link is an absolutely awesome charity - they give the gift of education to children in Africa (Ghana, Malawi, Uganda and South Africa) who through complete random chance just haven't been lucky enough to have the opportunities we take for granted. Have a look at their website for more details. So I'd massively appreciate anything you can give - big or small. Seriously, any amount is great! Just so you have an idea, even £5 can provide a whole classroom of children with books for reading and writing, £10 can help build communal toilets (something we don't even have to think about), and £50 can sponsor a teacher to attend an HIV workshop - vital if we want to do something significant in getting the AIDs crisis under control. All the costs of the hitchhiking (which as most of you will know will be as close to £0 as I can make it - I do like my bargaining hehe!) are paid for out of my own pocket. All of the money raised will obviously go to Link. So, please please donate whatever you can. And here's the essential bit:

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Link Community Development will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
