So what is this all about, I hear you ask...

Well, me and my friend Kat (a work colleague) have decided that we would like to do something for the Alzheimer's Society. We had a look at all their fundraising challenges organised by the society - and there was one really sparked our interest!

And what exactly is the Challenge?

We will be Cycling 400km around Cuba over a 5 day period over a variety of terrains - beaches, pasture lands, sugar plantations, forests... and mountains!

Why should you sponsor me?

Now, while this may sound like a fantastic holiday, for those of you that know me, you will understand that this will be a massive challenge. It will involve actually getting off facebook, onto a bike and doing some hard training over the next 10 months! Therefore you should sponsor me out of pity...oh and the Alzheimer's Society is a fantastic cause to support!
