Thanks for visiting my fundraising page it means that you have been prodded in some way via a family member, friend, email or facebook.

I will be running (or walking) the GSR with a band of friends hoping to raise some money for Changing Faces. Hopefully they will keep me going round and visa versa, personally I am relying on Pippa - Navy and all she can be quite scary.

I have recently undergone surgery for facial reanimation due to facial palsy and would like to help promote awareness of the difficulties faced by people with facial disfigurement. Mine, although minor has still caused me to face discrimination and this is not always easy to cope with. Unfortunately we cannot all be Heidi Klum or Matthew McConaughey.

Anyways, donate/dont donate or just come watch us try to get round in one piece in october (we will be wearing blue changing faces t shirts). Failing that just think of me growing scarily red in the face after mile 2.

My sister Lara will be undertaking an obscene amount of events during the year too so special thanks goes to her. As and when she signs up to them I will be updating you of her progress.

Events she has currently enlisted herself on to are... London Triathlon, Great South Run, Windsor Triathlon, Milton Keynes Sprint Triathlon...
