Always one for a challenge I have decided, along with some colleagues from work, to try and run 10km (just over 6 miles)!  This is a long way given that 5km is the furthest I have ever run!

Off the Fence, a christian charity, does some amazing work to look after those who are sleeping rough, ensuring they get something to eat and a warm drink most nights of the week.  Going out with Project Antifreeze to meet the some of the guys on the streets really changed my life and I want to raise as much money as possible to help the project continue so please sponsor me!!
