<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<p>I am off again but this time to Paris. You may think this will be easy for me but I have not done a big cycle in 3 years so I am out of practice. I am trying to raise a £3 for every mile I cycle. </p>
<p>I am raising money for the John Henry Memorial Fund. John was a dear friend of mine and liked a good challenge. I will just need to think of him and that will stop me from getting off my bike and pushing. </p>
<p>As a trustee of the Fund I know that the money goes to some amazing causes - Medic Malawi, Christian Aid and Maggie's Centre to name but a few.</p>
<p>The focus of the JHMF is to fund specific projects linked to the care of people afflicted with cancer or projects and research that tackle public health in East Africa.</p>
