In October this year I will be travelling to Albania to work with young people and their families in the Capital city, Tirana. I will be particularly focusing on local development projects, working in the International School, primarily supporting the teaching of English and getting involved in local youth groups. Whilst I am there I also hope to visit the Roma community and possibly organise children’s activities there. 

I will have a months training in September and on my return I will be spending 2 months touring the UK sharing my experience in schools and churches.

I am very excited by this opportunity to both experience a new country and culture and also to be able to help and support the Albanian people I come into contact with.

The money donated through JustGiving is going directly to BMS World Mission. This money will count towards the £4450 that I have to raise as a contribution towards the total cost of the program.

I'm aiming to earn half the sum with my part time job and I have cycled the 100 mile devon coast to coast sponsored bike ride with some friends and family on June 20th/21st.
