I am taking part in the Great North Run, a whole 13 miles in Sept 09. My first half marathon crazy as I must be. Doing this for the MS society is very important to me having seen my dad suffer over the years without a single complaint. The charity gives amazing support and guidance to MS sufferers and their families.
