My friend Michelle and I are running the 10 mile BUPA Great South Run in Portsmouth on October 22nd.

I am running for the RNLI and would be grateful for any amount that you are able to give in sponsorship. We are hoping to do the run in under 2 hours but my recent lack of training means just completing the course will be an achievement!
