I'm sure most of you are aware i am of to Kenya in October for 3 weeks, helping to build a safe house with the charity Harambee for Kenya. www.harambeeforkenya.org. As part of the trip we have to raise some sponsorship money to help put into the charity. Somehow i have been persuaded to take part in an abseil! It is going to take place on August 23rd at Bexhill Fire Station in East Sussex.
There is also a good chance that other sponsership events will be taking place before i head off in october!
