My grandmother, Isabella MacDonald, passed away late last year after losing her battle with cancer. She was the most kind, caring and loving person that you could ever hope to meet.

'Grandma' was loved by all those around her. Needless to say, her passing has left a huge void that can never be filled. However, we can all cherish many precious memories and she will never be forgotten.

During her final months, Marie Curie Nurses provided exceptional care and support. So when the opportunity arose to participate in this year's Walk Ten Belfast, I decided to sign up to help raise some much-needed funds for the charity.
